Innovation Management, First Things First: Prioritizing Improvement Efforts

Discuss ways to identify high-impact initiatives, set priorities, and build momentum for meaningful progress towards your innovation strategies.

- 12:00 PM

Description

Innovation leaders often face competing priorities and limited resources, making it challenging to decide where to focus first. This discussion will center on practical ways to determine which initiatives will have the greatest impact and how to sequence them effectively.

We will hear from Sarah App at Associated Bank and Joe Lamalfa at Plexus how they:

  • examine approaches for evaluating opportunities
  • balance quick wins with long-term goals
  • align improvement efforts with organizational needs.

Following our Member Spotlight, UWEBC Technology Practice Director, Heidi Rozmiarek, will share her learnings from prioritizing technology projects in healthcare, emphasizing that prioritizing continuous steps forward - and building budgets that support it - drive incremental innovations to move your company forward.

Through peer conversation, attendees will share challenges, compare strategies, and learn from each other’s experiences. The goal is to walk away with clear, actionable ideas for deciding what to tackle first and building momentum for meaningful progress.
