Ben ArciszewskiBen Arciszewski
Benjamin Arciszewski is the Director of Software Development at i3 Product Development, where he leads a diverse team of mobile, server-side, and web developers, along with data scientists and AI specialists. With over 26 years in the software industry and the last 8 at i3PD, Ben brings a deep well of experience across banking, insurance, internet startups, and now the connected product space.

David ParksDavid Parks
David L. Parks is the Senior Manager of Data Science & Analytics at Komatsu where he leads Komatsu Mining Technologies data-as-a-service initiative for a $13.6 billion dollar business segment. His team focuses on data science and AI development for Komatsu’s surface mining fleet, pioneering innovations in autonomous systems development, electrification, and remote equipment optimization.

Tom HershbergerTom Hershberger
Tom Hershberger serves as the Marketing Practice Director for the UWEBC, working with member companies to enable peer-to-peer learning. Tom believes in the power of collaborative exchange and strives to create an environment where innovation, learning, and practical application intersect. Through his guidance, member companies not only learn from each other but also build valuable networks that extend beyond traditional learning.
