Description

As our member companies navigate a landscape of "forged confidence" tempered by persistent labor shortages, the mandate for Talent and Development (T&D) leaders has shifted from simply providing content to building future-ready capabilities. This session draws on research into the "systemic revolution" of corporate learning, where the traditional, linear "publishing paradigm" of instructional design is collapsing in favor of AI-assisted infrastructure that delivers learning as a dynamic, personalized service. For T&D leaders and their business partners, the focus must now pivot toward "next practices" that integrate development directly into the daily flow of work, ensuring the pace of internal growth outstrips the velocity of external change.

We will explore the frontier topics of AI as a "Super-tutors" capable of planning actions, simulating complex scenarios, and providing just-in-time performance support. Participants will gain insights into integrating these tech-enabled delivery modes with in-person experiences.

Our event will feature a member spotlight presented by Becca McKnightManager, Emotional & Social Intelligence Program at Promega Corporation

The promise is a significant boost in employee performance and the organizational agility required to thrive in a volatile global market.
