Agile IT Special Interest Group Meeting

This session will provide an overview of best practices for leadership in an agile organization. We will focus on the key challenges faced by leaders, such as developing a culture of continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and managing distributed teams. We will discuss the importance of agility in organizations and how leaders can leverage this to their advantage. We will also cover how to create an environment of collaboration and trust, how to facilitate goal setting and performance management, and how to manage distributed teams.
