E-Commerce During COVID-19
Join our discussion on the state of e-commerce during COVID-19.
- 11:00 AM
Description
The health and safety of our members is the UWEBC’s top priority. UW–Madison is monitoring the COVID-19 situation in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies. Based on campus' guidance, this meeting will be held via web only to allow our members a convenient and safe way to attend.
We're convening a Zoom meeting for our E-Retailer Special Interest Group to address issues and opportunities posed during this challenging time. Please join us for an informal, round robin discussion with your e-commerce peers where you'll have a chance to gain insights on what others are doing and observing with rapidly changing marketplaces.
Some of the topics we will explore include:
- Overall COVID-19 Impacts, such as Amazon changes
- How to intensify “low cost” channels like Email and SEO in times of tighter budgets
- Clearance/closeout tactics – ways companies can address soft sales (e.g. get rid of excess inventory)
Participate in Customizing the Agenda: Help shape our discussion – and maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting topics of interest when you register.
