Description
As we move through the second half of 2025, U.S. shippers are navigating a transportation landscape shaped by regulatory and geopolitical pressures, evolving pricing dynamics, and increasing pressure to optimize networks and leverage technology. In this evolving environment, shippers must rethink their network strategies, procurement processes, and technology investments.
Join us in person September 16 at Schneider’s Innovation Center, “The Grove,” in Ashwaubenon, for a highly interactive session designed to deliver actionable insights and peer-driven discussion.
Topics include:
- Industry Update - Get the latest on U.S. trucking, international shipping, and inland transportation trends. Schneider will share insights on how bonded warehousing and port-to-door strategies are evolving in response to global disruptions.
- Supply Chain Assessment & Network Optimization – Learn how leading companies are reassessing their distribution networks to improve service and reduce cost.
- Scenario Planning Through the Bid Process - See how Schneider uses advanced bidding technology to scenario plan and optimize networks. Real-world examples will show how to align procurement with long-term strategy.
- TMS & Data-Driven Decision Making - Discover how Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and analytics are being used to execute and refine optimized plans in real time.
- Breakout Discussions - Join breakout groups with companies on a similar TMS journey (currently using/implementing TMS; outsourcing/4PL management, or no TMS) to explore challenges, opportunities and lessons learned.
Participate in Customizing the Agenda: You’ll have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the content for this session – and to maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting and selecting topics when you register.
