In times of change, communication can be the difference between building trust and creating confusion. Join us for a virtual event designed to help leaders and teams transform their communication strategies, ensuring alignment, engagement, and clarity in even the most complex transitions.

  • Member Spotlight: We will hear from Jen Kilman, Director of Talent Development at Omron Management Center of America, INC., how her team recently organized a company-wide development program on change management, and used clear, authentic communication to build trust, and drive engagement.
  • Expert Spotlight: Sara Kraemer, PhD is an advisor and educator, who is teaching a course at UW on Leading Digital Change: Transforming People, Process, and Purpose. Sara will share effective frameworks for strategy and decision-making from a human-factors engineering perspective.
  • Interactive Discussions: Collaborate with peers to explore shared communication challenges and develop tailored solutions that fit your unique organizational context.
