This has become an annual event to bring our UWEBC supply chain leaders together (on campus and virtually) to talk about talent. It is a great session to network with some amazing people leaders!
Today's supply chain teams - and their leaders - need to continually upskill to remain responsive and resilient in an ever-changing environment. As executive search firm, Alcott Global, shared in their 2024 report on The Strategic Evolution of Supply Chain Careers, "Supply chain leaders must prioritize talent development and provide their teams with the necessary resources and support to adapt and grow. This includes providing access to training programs, mentorship opportunities, and cross-functional collaborations."
