Description
The health and safety of our members is the UWEBC’s top priority. UW–Madison is monitoring the COVID-19 situation in collaboration with local, state and federal agencies. Based on campus' guidance, this meeting will be held via web only to allow our members a convenient and safe way to attend.
Personalization is high on every marketer's priority list. We know it improves engagement and can ultimately be a competitive differentiator. But the reality is that we all differ in personalization maturity, as there a multitude of use cases and numerous challenges to implementing them.
This meeting will help you define your approach, assess your maturity and find strategies to evolve your efforts. You'll hear from member companies on their successes as well as industry experts on where to focus.
This is a presentation-oriented webcast, with opportunities to submit questions to our presenters. Some areas our webcast will cover include:
- Data challenges
- Best tools and platforms
- Balancing relevance and intrusiveness
- Examples of successful use cases
