Description

Exceptional customer experiences begin from within, with engaged, supported, and connected teams. Understanding and strengthening these employee relationships is crucial, yet often overlooked amid the pressure of external customer demands. This event will delve into the essential components of fostering deep, meaningful employee connections, directly impacting customer satisfaction and organizational performance.

Through engaging discussions, you will discover actionable approaches to build trust, enhance communication, and empower customer care employees. You'll explore how peers from diverse sectors have successfully nurtured team cohesion, enhanced employee engagement, and created environments where exceptional customer service thrives. The event will feature interactive breakout sessions, enabling attendees to identify strategies to overcome internal barriers, facilitate collaboration, and leverage team insights to improve overall customer care outcomes.

In exploring the power of this connection we'll hear from:

  • Nicole Darby, Director of Customer Care at Mason Companies, will share how that strong connection with purpose empowers the team to create a better experience for the customer, even when their experience is in flux.

  • Katie Checolinski, Customer Support Manager at Sargento, will speak to Sargentos culture of "Hire great people and treat them like family" creates alignment that the customer can feel.

Seize this unique opportunity to learn directly from peers and industry experts, gain valuable insights into best practices for employee engagement, and build meaningful connections across the UWEBC community. Equip yourself with practical tools and proven methods to create stronger, more connected customer care teams, positioning your organization for sustained success.
