Description
Collaboration is key when it comes to addressing both trade compliance risks and maximizing the impact of trade opportunities for our organizations. But who are the right internal teams, external partners, trade associations, etc., to partner with, and what does this collaboration actually look like?
We are thrilled to be joined by Ted Sherman, Senior Director of Global Trade Operations at Medtronic, and Chair-Elect of AAEI (American Association of Exporters and Importers). Ted's experience leading trade teams at Medtronic and Target - as well as leadership roles with COAC and BACM - have helped him build a reputation as a strong collaborator across the trade industry.
Join us from 9am to 2pm in person at the beautiful Pyle center in Madison, or 9am to noon virtually to learn from the experiences of others and share your experiences with your peers! This event will be followed by an ice cream social next door on the Memorial Union Terrace.
Have a story to share? We are looking for members to participate on a panel and share their experiences with effective trade collaboration. If you're interested, please contact Jenny Patzlaff.
Participate in Customizing the Agenda: You’ll have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the agenda for this session – and to maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting and selecting topics for break-out discussions. Once the agenda is complete, you choose the discussions you want to join. This will be a highly interactive session so come prepared to share your questions, challenges and insights!
Webcast Available: If you can't make it to the event in-person (or if in-person registration has reached capacity), you can still register to attend from your computer. This option allows you to view the presentations, while attending in person provides you with the opportunity to participate in break-out discussions, ask questions or take advantage of networking opportunities. To attend the webcast, click the "Register for webcast" button on this meeting's homepage. You will receive a confirmation email with the link to the webcast a week before the meeting.
Please note that adding the event to your calendar is not the same as registering. Please also use the button above to register for this event.
